November 3rd Biotech Digital Health Ideation Workshop

Can you take a problem and use your knowledge to make a profound solution?

University of Copenhagen launches it’s EIT Health Entrepreneurship Starter Lab in Copenhagen. Together with REBBLS problemmakers, we invite you to an ideation workshop Friday 3 November as an after hours workshop in the Mærsk Tower, at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences.
Together, we want to turn people’s problems into ideas for innovation and build solutions in four key areas: the human microbiome, biosynthetic food & additives, digital health and biotech with precision medicine, robotics and artificial intelligence. We are bringing people together and letting them ideate, brainstorm and develop their ideas using design thinking toolboxes into more concrete and profound potential solutions.

Participants in this Entrepreneuship ideation workshop will get these outcomes:

• learn how to be creative in taking a problem statement to a solution
• learn how to scrutinize your idea and others
• learn how to build on this idea by benchmarking from existing or parallel solutions
• communicate, collaborate and ideate with a diverse crowd of people
• learn basic design thinking methodologies by taking a problem and matching it to potential solutions

This ideation workshop can help people develop the next biotech or digital health company, develop ideas within an existing company or help them ideate new ideas in an academic position. Coming up with ideas are easy, building on them to something concrete for a project is difficult.

Lastly, out of this workshop it is optional that people and teams can develop these ideas further at the Venture Cup Challenge on November 11th where they will pitch and write an executive summary that can be submitted to the Venture Cup Challenge Idea Competition at the end of the month.
Applicants accepted for this workshop, will recive an EIT Health workshop diploms, opening for opportunities to explore the EIT Health Accerlerator programmes in Europe.
The workshop is supported by the EIT Health Entreprenurship Starter Lab Copenhagen.
