Our goal is to enable telemonitoring teams to optimize treatments at home, helping maintain heart failure stability and avoid acute episodes and related hospitalizations.
At the heart of our solution is a dedicated artificial intelligence system capable of determining intracardiac pressures—an early and actionable biomarker—using data automatically collected by a sensor implanted under the skin.
